LAUDIT CONSULTING was established in September 2005 after the
founder, John Barnes, recognized the need for a service to Landlords to ensure
that the maximum returns were being achieved on their property investments
through correct billing in terms of the leases held with tenants.
We strive to be the premier source of
expertise and systems to understand, maximise, and track leased real estate
occupancy revenue. We offer a service to Landlords, Asset Management companies and
Property Management companies, assisting them to identify and attain revenue
producing strategies by
eliminating lease-related billing discrepancies.
